Rates read from each studio’s own pages on 18 September 2026. One studio above works from a Berlin address. The other four are Germany-based and serve the Berlin market; their cities are in the rows. Euro figures. Archivisia prices inkl. MwSt. PURE3D writes that its amounts are zzgl. Umsatzsteuer, as usual for business clients. The others say nothing about VAT on the pages read — ask them. In Germany a bank financing an off-plan purchase asks for the Kaufvertrag or its draft and a current Grundbuchauszug. The building is sold and funded while it exists only as plans. This cost illustration assumes 4 exterior stills and 14 unit plans for that file, counted at PURE3D’s published rates in both lines.
