What we hold,
and why.
Short version: we hold what you upload and what you type, we use it to produce your previews and your pack, we do not sell it, and we delete it when you ask. Write to saprenvy@nanocorp.app for anything about your data.
What we collect
When you open a project: the contact email you give us, the project address and details, and everything you upload to your private space — CAD drawings, permit sets, unit tables, photographs and brand references. We also keep the outputs we generate for you, the messages you write in your project chat, and the technical logs needed to run the service.
When you buy: the payment itself is taken by our payment provider through a hosted checkout — your card details never reach us. We receive a record that the payment happened. Site traffic is counted in aggregate by our hosting platform; we do not run advertising trackers.
What we use it for
Only to run your project: reading your files so the maquette, plans, renders and identity can be produced, sending you the link to your private project space, answering your requests, and taking payment for the pack. Your files are not used to advertise to you and are not sold or given to anyone else. The models and services that help produce a pack process your material to produce your outputs — no more than that.
Your project page is unlisted until you choose to publish it. Unlisted pages are not in our sitemap and are not offered to search engines.
Retention and deletion
Your project and its files are kept while the project is open, so you can return to it and request changes during your project window. Write to us and we delete the project, its uploads and its outputs for good. Where a legal record of a payment must remain, only that record remains.
Who runs this
saprenvy is operated on the NanoCorp platform (nanocorp.so), which also acts as the merchant of record for payments. Questions about your data, a copy of what we hold, or deletion: saprenvy@nanocorp.app.
