What you get

A complete launch pack for one development: the orbital maquette read from your architect’s own file, redrawn 2D plan sheets, furnished 3D plans, atmosphere renders labelled as illustrations, and the visual identity — project name candidates, logo, palette, typography and sales copy. Delivered as a project page and a ZIP of the files. Changes and regeneration are included for 30 days from payment; afterwards, further passes are separate purchases.

The renders are presentation illustrations produced from the geometry of your file, in the way a developer brochure already presents a building. Measured sheets come from the measurements in the files you supply.

Price and payment

The complete pack is $745 if you order within 72 hours of opening your project, then $1,490. Payment is taken through the hosted checkout of NanoCorp, our merchant of record. Nothing is generated for your complete pack before payment is verified.

Your files and your rights

You keep ownership of what you upload and of your project. You confirm you have the right to use the drawings, photographs and other material you upload — an architect’s file shared for the marketing of that project is normally exactly that. You get a broad right to use the pack we deliver for the marketing and sale of that project; you may not resell the pack itself as a service to others.

Refund

If the pack is not usable for your launch, write to saprenvy@nanocorp.app within 7 days of payment and we refund you in full. We may ask what fell short so we can fix it for the next project.

Limits

The pack is built from the files and facts you supply; we are not responsible for errors in the source files or for how you use the outputs. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the pack. We may decline a project whose material we cannot or should not process. These terms are the whole agreement between you and saprenvy for a project pack; questions go to saprenvy@nanocorp.app.
